Where do I find the code box?

Open the Settings menu (gear icon on the left side of the screen while in the lobby) and scroll to the very bottom. The code redemption field is at the bottom of the Settings panel.

Why isn't my code working?

Codes are case-sensitive �?type them exactly as shown (e.g., SORRYGUYS in all caps). Also make sure you're in the lobby, not mid-game. If it still fails, the code may have expired.
